Since its that time of year, what does everyone do when the weather is very bad and you can not make it to the gym?????
Is there any workout you can do in your home??

Wouldn't harnessing up and pulling your car through the bad weather to the gym be considered a good warm-up?
I workout at home, but when we stay at the in-laws house, I have to improvise. Bodyweight stuff is perfect for it. A good 20 minute cycle of pushups, squats, burpees, etc. will tire you out very quickly.
How about shoveling your driveway? If that's not enough, do your neighbors.
Ha! You beat me to it. I spent 2 hours on 2 different days in the last week clearing ice off my driveway. Who needs a gym when you've got that?

I have to get to work when it snows so I might as well stop off at the gym first. But when I am caught up north with no place to workout you can always find something to do. Skip rope, run stairs, push ups, bench dips, body weight squats and lunges or with dumbells which are pretty easy to keep handy at home. Where there is a will there is a way. Hell just go out and shovel snow for some old folks that is one hell of a work out.
