Im thinking of doing extremely intense body weight exercises in a circuit fashion somthing like a bootcamp would this work while im cutting to not only burn fat but harden existing muscle? heres what I have planned:

in a circuit

Push-ups 25
situps 25
pullups 10
crunchs 30
light weight bicep curls 30
jumping holding ligth weights 20

then repeat 3 times

what do u guys think?

Bodyweight exercises don't "harden" muscle. If you want to make a muscle more dense, use low reps high weight lifts. 5x5 is a good idea. Muscle isn't "hard" unless its flexed.

that seems more like a circuit training for fat loss and overall conditioning.

btw...doing bi curls 30 times won't harden your muscle. DKing's idea of 5x5 is a good one.
