Default Training program and a personal update

I have one more day of this hybrid version of waterbury's TBT (six compound exercises) left before I'm done with it. It has been a fun 8 weeks though and I gained about 3-4lbs during it. I think most of which has been lean mass. I just got back home from school and my family say I look bigger since the last time they saw me.
Although nothing astounding, it's probably been the best progress I have ever had on a program, mainly because I wasn't afraid to eat over my maintenance. This is kinda difficult for me sometimes because of this "don't want to get fat mentality" I can't seem to get rid of sometimes.

Anyway, I have no clue what the hell to do next? I have done NROL's hypertrophy programs and strength 1 in the past. I am getting "Powertraining" sometime (it's backordered) but I need a training program for now.

Anybody have a favorite tough, or a new, training program they really like?
My goals are to continue with my HIIT rountine on off days, which is intervals on a rower and staionary bike, and to continue eating at a surplus and try putting on muscle.

If you had success with CW's workouts before why not continue with something of his? have you used any of his other programs?

Also FYI, NROL Hypertrophy is fantastic, if you have the book you can not go wrong.

And I think if you want to set up a push/pull routine yourself you could have some great success in size and strength.

I can't help much. I've done the same program for at least 2 years now.

well i have done TBT(original and hybrid version), waterbury method as well as the hypertrophy programs in NROL last year, plus strength 1.
I did hypertrophy 1 twice, once prior to doing TBT this time around. Would it be inefficient to do it again so soon? I also thought about doing WS4SB III.
I just kinda drew a blank, especially when I looked at some of Chad's other program which have quite a few isolation exercises in them. I guess I just want a fun, preferably hypertrophy, program with a lot of compound exercises that is very tough. I just like feeling totally beat when I leave the gym. I guess I'm weird like that

also, I guess I have another question for everybody.
Time off? Should you religiously take time off every so often, or just listen to your body and scale back when you need to?

I'd go by the "listen to your body" approach, unless you're just doing stupid-high volume or pushing weights up like a madman.
