Default December's Blog of the Month: Rosstraining.com!

Check out Ross's blog. Many of you have been linking to his crazy and inspirational workouts lately so I thought I would feature him this month.

Go tell him hello from the jpfitness family!

Er...Ross has a blog? Link please?

Ps Ross has been here a few times...mostly when I slag him off for making me feel inadequate with his amazing videos.... wish he came by more often, but he is obviously a ridiculously busy guy.

Just realised I still haven't bought any thing off him despite promising to!!! Going shopping now!

Had a quick look through, looks like a good blog.

If you go to the main forums view, the link to the blog is on the right hand side of the page.

Uhh... Do you ever go to the front page of the forums? I have a featured blog section on the right. Just look for the picture of the disgustingly ripped dude and click on it.

Not only did I miss that - but I'm on Ross' pages a lot and missed it there too! Not really the most observant of peeps am I?

Ought to be good. I always like his videos and he scores them well.
