Unhappy

my sinuses are acting up and i'm feeling a bit under the weather. i am so freaking frustrated. it was going so smooth as well. i'm doing BOM and in the beginner routine stage 3 week 18. don't know what to do!!!

after i get well i don't know if i should or rather if i can pick where i left off?? or start all over again?? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just take a few days to get rested and pick up where you left off, I don't think it will be a problem. It's okay, we've all missed a workout before...

I think the recovery is important. You might find that the first couple of workouts back are weaker than expected. If they are noticeably so, then maybe repeat it the following week at full strength. Otherwise, continue along, I think.
