Default Going to start the S2B plan.

Just a quick first post to say that after a year of normal training, I'm going to start the plan, any advise to help through?

I play badminton twice a week so that means extra calories on those days.

One question I have is that I'm still living at home (i'm 19) Should I eat the meals I'm given and eat extra in between or stick to the diet and make and buy my own food?

Here is my fitness assessment:

Is their any specifics I should alter in line with my assessment?

Here is a pic of me currently:

Grateful for any advise/help

Try punching all you eat into a calorie counter like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal for a few days to see where you are at. Other advise: try to lift as much as you can safely... I am 3 weeks in and still struggling with how much weight to use, often going too light and not getting the full effects. You have been lifting for a year, so probably know your limits better - I have had to figure it out as I go and it is tough without a workout partner. Good luck! Protein shakes are your best friends - definitely feeling the benefits of pre- and post- workout protein drinks.
