i have the same topic like this, & it got abandoned . Anyway, i don't know about how to help w/ the chests, since i'm also having the same problem. For the abs, i think it takes more than just abs workouts to flatten that abs of urs. Try to do circuit traning & HIIT to reduce the body fat.

I'm sure a bunch of people around here that know MUCH more than I do can give you a better answer, but from what I know, situps won't do a whole lot to flatten your stomach. While situps are very important for a lot of reasons, if you're trying to flatten your stomach, you need to concentrate on working the transverse abdominis (someone please set me straight if that isn't correct!). That is a band of muscle that lies behind your abs.

My favorite exercise for that are reverse crunches using a physioball. Lie face-down on a physioball, and slide your body forward so that your knees are on top of the ball. Now pull your knees in towards your waist. That's one rep.

Some other exercises that are good for that are "vacuums" (suck your gut in), and plank exercises.

I hope this helps. I have no advice regarding your pecs, however.

All the exercises mentioned above should probably do a good job of working the ab muscles. If you want to see them you are going to have to watch the diet and get the body fat down. The rule of thumb I've heard around here is 10%. That is really the only thing that will flatten it out.
