Hey, I'm 18, 5-10 150, ... Ive been lifting fairly consistently for the last year and have made some noticable increases in strngth and appearance. Still, i feel that my current routine is lacking, and i could get alot more out of my time if i managed it better. I max out the flat bench press at only 165 lbs, and want to gain more muscle mass, and be cut as well.. I hate doing lower body, but i need that as well.. could anybody link me to a good workout schedule, or write one here for me... i need anything you can suggest... i prefer upper body... arms chest, back... but also need lower body and cardio to burn excess fat. any help would be much appreciated. Oh yeah, I currently take creatine and protein.
