Sorry its taking me so long. Ran into budget constraints! If you want to look at the old section let me know... I will email you a link to the back door. They are just waaaaay out of date to my current method of training so I took them off the site.

JP, if you want some help with some basic workouts, I am sure some of us guys here would help. I make enough for my friends using different principles it wouldn't be hard to type them out and throw them up. I think it would be pretty cool if you had multiple styles available. You know, not just all auto-reg, or bodybuilder splits, or whatever but auto-reg, conjugate, undulating, circuit type, 5x5, etc...
Just let me know.
