looks like he double legged up there (single leg landing) and then dorked around a little bit. Where's the one where the guy stays single off and on the table 20x?

Jumping up and landing in a pistol position, then getting down isn't anywhere near as hard as doing a pistol, jumping off the one leg at the top, up onto a table (landing on the same leg), then jumping back down and landing in a pistol again (what Cotter does). I've tried it the way Cotter does them and can only do a few ugly ones to a bench without a lot of explosiveness.

They are pretty dangerous (jumping ones) because you need really good control to keep your knee in alignment. I really like normal bodyweight and weighted pistols.
