I don't know, if there are any, the specifics the times to workout, a lot of people, my self included, like to workout in the morning...Not many people in the gym and it really gets you going for the day. I do know you just stay consistent with the times you workout.

work out in the morning or in the afternoon closer to the evening...this is when your body is really ready. you will get the most out of it.

Best answer is whenever you actually WILL workout.

After work I get too easily distracted or find myself working back.

Before work I find it hard to get motivated to get out going and too easily put it off.

Around lunch time its a good excuse to leave work for an hour and a half and sets me up for a good afternoon. Maybe before or after work is better for my metabolism, or strength gains, or whatever, but if I go every workout at lunch time and only 2 out of 3 any other time then obviously lunch is the best time.

Find the time you're most likely to actually keep going and go then [img]smile.gif[/img] .
