Why am I posting this? Mostly because I find the green tea for fat loss craze to be amazing, so amazing (and misunderstood) that many reported Guru’s are commenting on it and recommending it. In fact I had the luxury of reading Chad Waterbury’s 10-10 plan recently and of course in it he says to drink either water, green tea and no more than one cup of organic black coffee (what the heck is organic black coffee, never mind I don’t want to know). My point is he doesn’t mention how much green tea one should drink but of course he mentions it aids in fat loss, hmmm?
