I tried to search for this but it seems that the search function is still down. Does anybody have any reviews for the above mentioned book? I was thinking about buying it for myself to see if it can help me out with my flexibility and maybe offer some stretches that I do not do now. I might go check it out at the library or go to the book store and read a little bit of it first before purchasing it. Let me know if any of you have read it and your opinions on it. Thanks.

I really like it. I'll be using all but the strength aspect of it in my new program. It's got a lot of good information. The nutrition section is basically everything you've probably learned put together in one place with simple guidelines. I like it especially because I play baseball and it has helped with my core strength, which has helped in almost every aspect of my game.

it's a great book. I've never done the prgrams directly, but have put a lot of the exercises, proncipals, and prehab/stretching stuff into my workouts.. well worth the money.
