Going through another 52DC on MH Belly off club, need some help. Coming off of a cycle of HST this week, gonna take next week off for DC. Anyone got any good cutting work outs that they have had success with I could try this 52 DC? I actually lost about 4% BF this cycle but I know HST is not popular for fat loss. I wnat this to be my final cut before I start bulking all winter. Anyone have any suggestions?

You lost 4% and need another workout? Sounds like this one works for you.

Try Turbulence Training (find at T-mag) or phase 1 of Homegrown Muscle (find at Menshealth.com) -

Keep up the great progress!
