Default Alternative to Trap Bar D Lift and Cable Row

Help... I need an alternative to each of these - my gym doesn't have them and are part the routine I am working on. Any ideas for replacing them?

Dumbell deadlifts
BB or DB rows - either bent, supported, or 1 arm

i think trap bar deads are a lot like squats, or maybe even front squats. I get a lot more stress on tbd's than i do on straight bar, and more than back squats. It feels about the same as front squats to me.

cable row= any type of row. One arm rows are good for not putting the stress on your back like other standing rows do, and is similar to seated cable in that way.

Id also go with a front squat for the trap bar deads.

For the rows.. DB rows would be great, but if you dont want to do unilateral work (maybe db rows are already in there). I wouldn't hesitate to use a BB row.

You've gotten good alternate exercise suggestions already. But what kind of gym doesn't have a seated cable row? I don't think I've ever even been in a gym without a seated cable row. Even crummy gyms with old Universal machines have a cable row, lol.

Ya, lame, I know. It's a pretty basic gym, but it's cheap and close to home - which highly increases my probability of not missing a workout.
