I am thin except for the excess fat on my tummy and thighs (esp. the inner thighs) What are some good exercises and fitness programs, diets to get lean thighs and a toned tummy

Cureperry, Many people are under the misconception that there is/are methods to spot reduce fat. (That is pick a place on your body that you specifically want to lose fat). Unfortunetely it can't be done. To lose those jiggly areas you have to decrease your overall body fat and hope that you get to your areas of concern sooner than later.

In terms of losing fat, use the search function and I'm sure you will see a lot of advice regarding diet, cardio, HIIT, and proper lifting for fat loss.

In regards to specific exercises for specific muscles (yes you can train specific muscles/muscle groups) try this site:
