Tonight I got 278 lbs for 2 perfect reps! I was pumped! Just had to share with all of you on here who understand what it means!

Trying for 400 on squats tomorrow.

Thanks guys! I can't explain the feeling. I've NEVER come close to that much weight before. It's amazing what you can do once you bust through a mental block. I was always lifting in the 180-200 lb range for reps before but with CW's program and my MER my confidence is up and since I've done so well with that last couple attempts on flat bench I'm comfortable now doing reps in the 230-250 range. Wow! What a difference confidence makes.
