Default Circuit and non circuit plans needed.

I am looking for whole body circuit training plans for the Anatomical adaptation phase of a conditioning program. I am also looking for Focused weight training programs for Max strength and Hypertrophy phases. What I am trying to do is build a Conditioning program for a school any help is greatly appreciated as I am new to this and am jumping in with both feet. Ideally I would like to have a excel spreadsheet to put information in and have it compute the weights sets and reps based on predetermined ratios in each phase. You can e-mail me as well at cpbarnes@etex.net

Welcome to the forums. Care to introduce yourself?

1. Conditioning for what?
2. What's the status of the person(s) being conditioned?

For you or your students? Are you treating the positions differently or using the same program for everyone? What does their training currently look like?

1. It is for the off season athletes
2. First 6 weeks it will be the same for all
3. AA I want to start with a 6 week period just to get their bodys ready for the more stressful workouts later so barrowing from the periodized training approach I want to section phases for goals. AA strenghting tendons, legiments, and joints Debeloping core strength endurance and building fexibility.
