Best resource/video/DVD on learning oly type lifts/movements?
Anyone have some suggestions on the best resource(s) (possibly DVD) for learning how to properly execute oly lifts and such (the "and such" are the part/phases, which are often include in routines as exercises/movements, such as hang shrugs or clean pulls)?
I have Newton's book and DVD, but I know other people's explanations and breakdowns can be very helpful. I've also watched the Tommy Kono vids on Youtube, as well as a few others there.
I'm looking for the one or two best next resources to buy or view/read (if it's online).
I'd spend some time with a coach, but I don't have one around. I've got a lead on a club in the Twin Cities, but that's 150 miles down the road. I'll get down there for some work someday . . . One of the members/coaches offered to spend some time with me if we can plan it.
