Okay, I keep reading the statement...Less is More.
While I agree that lifting 6 times a week is overkill, why wouldn't we just lift once a week and do full body if less really did equal more gains? I have to think a balance would be a better approach so what is that balance?
1 massive workout 1 time a week, 110% intensity?
2 Workouts a week spliting the body up?
3 Day splits?
4 Day splits?
5-6 day BodyBuilder type workouts?
Less can't always equal more or the couch potato would look like Arnold...
