My biceps just dont seem to be filling out anymore, they still look as big but there definetly not as hard as before... could this be because of my diet? i'm using Adams diet as a guideline but i think i need to add more meats in.
?

Oh yeah and ive recently started this workout-

Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday

3xMAX- Pull ups, shoulder width palms facing me
3xMAX- Pull ups, wide grip palms facing away
4x15- Push ups, little bit more then shoulder width
3xMAX- Dips
3x15- Squats. weightless
3x15- Lunges. weghtless

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
Running 15-20 minutes

is this workout ok? or should i do my pull ups and dips on the modular assist? because i can only do like 4-6

Also i heard body weight exercises can get you a lean, cut look. Is this true?

it seems that from this post that you dont use any weights....if i were you i would get some small dumbbells....you can get a small set with 30lbs of weight for about $30-40.....body weight exercises are great, but i would use light dumbbells when you do squats and lunges.

You didn't hear that on this board...

Remember how I suggested the Big 5? That is how you add LEAN muscle. It will take you YEARS and YEARS of lifting hard to get the look you are afriad you will get by using heavy weight. So, tell me again, what are your goals other tan looking like a ninja? Post a picture of your ideal body and we can tell you how to get "that" look. It will involve weight plates and compound lifts though as that's what works.

Good Luck...

Also, Didn't you just start working out 6 months ago??? If you could grow that fast, I would be the size of Ronnie Coleman!

I'm gonna be honest and tell you no, cause theres no way in hell a routine like that could get you any results other then maybe (MAYBE is very stressed) maintain what you have. You are going to have to lift heavy weights to get any results. Those guys in the picture are probably very strong. Once you achieve their level of strength I bet you will attain their level of physique.

http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...-0-199,00.html <-- Homegrowm Muscles. Well, if u really wanna know how good or bad this program is, u should ask some of the people here & in MH forum who're doing the programs. I bet they'll give u some comments u need about it.

Core Performance, u hafta buy the book. It's from Mark Verstegen & editted by Lou Schuler. The program focus on sport related muscles, flexibility, strength, etc. It'll make u muscular, & lean. It won't make u buffed at all.

are you sure that this routine wont get me much results? ive actually changed my mind about getting as buff as those guys right now, i dont wanna risk any growth stunting so if what you say is true (that this will only maintain my muscle) then i actually do want to stay on this program until ive reached a height that i feel is good and then choose a different routine to get that type of physique (the asian dude in teh pictures)

Well, i'm quite sure HGM's not designed to make u look like a competitive bodybuilder.
