Greg wins, but he is doing chin-ups instead of pull-ups, so if you wanted to play favorites you could call foul. Annie was right behind anyway. Pretty amazing. It took me over 12:00 minutes to finish Fran. These two did it in 3-4 minutes.

When any video "energizer" Annie is in comes up just sit yourself down with some snacks cuz your gonna see a show.

Is the first movement considered a squat-push press or a push jerk. Looks like a killer I might need to incorporate it into my workouts. Someone clue me in!!!

He-man, it's called a thruster, and is a front squat & push-press in one movement.
Just one set of 20 will get your heart rate up nicely.

If you were here, you'd hear the squeaking sound when I walk unless my wife was nearby and I'd be totally drowned out with squeaking! Most of the time, it works fine except in situations like this. Besides, I have high speed at - uh-hum - work...  |
