I don't mean to be bragging about this, but I just had to tell.. it's awesome.

Well, I was working out yesterday starting my new routine. You know OH squats 95lbs on the 1st 2 sets, thought I could up it another 10lbs for the last set so I did. I did it fine, I'll keep it at 105lbs for 3x5, if I feel I can do more, I'll add 5 more pounds.

My Romanian deadlifts, I jast slapped on 215lbs for 3x5. Awesome, perfect amount of weight for it. I felt on my 5th rep on my 3rd set I almost lost form. This is a 40lbs increase over last time I did them before I started doing heavy deadlifts.

Bench Press, last week I did 165lbs for 3 sets of 10, last time I did 3x12 for 165lbs, so I increased to 175lbs and did 4x8, on the last set I was able to get 10 reps. I'll try for 10 reps on the last 2 sets on thursday.

My chinups experiment is working well, doing 2 sets of negatives. Last week I finished at 2 sets of 5 negatives, and on the 3rd set I did 8 regular chinups. Today, I did 2 sets of 6 negatives, and on the last set I did 10 chinups. I can't believe that, but I will have to, lol.

The rest of my exercises, Bent-over row, dips, nothing special to report, but on those exercises I listed are the ones I was mostly working on. Again, sorry if I'm boasting, I just can't believe how quick I'm getting results..

Good for you. Sometimes you make big jumps, sometimes you plateau. Keep it up

Good stuff, OH squats are beyond hard IMO.

I read in some Dan John article that one of his measures is 15 OH bodyweight squats.

I am going to start with getting my bodyweight over my head first and then worry about the OH squat part LOL...
