rows (bent over, chest supported) and chins (lots of variations - widegrip, closegrip, supinated, pronated)... having deadlifts in your routine might help also

Olympic Lifts and their variation specifical hang cleans... Kettlebells if you have access. Learn to do unassisted pullups.

Rows are good. Doing negative reps (jumping up to the top position, then lowering yourself down slowly) for pullups are also very beneficial to increasing pullup strength. Try negative reps on pullups, and do bent-over rows. Oh yeah, straight-arm pullovers are a good lat worker.

Lay on a bench, get 1 dumbbell, hold it where your hands make a triangle on the dumbbell weight, arms straight as they can and above you, bring them down over your head behind you, and pull it back up, keeping your arms straight as you can the whole time. Try with 30lbs and do 15 reps, If you can do more, then do more and do 15 reps with the added weight.

straight arm pull overs are good at a pull down station too, not AS much work on the lats, but hits them hard, and gives you a great abs workout!
