I completed the first week of IK's Limping and have discovered that, contrary to what I would have thought, my RIGHT leg is weaker than my left. Being a right handed (and footed) person, I would have thought the opposite. However, on the leg curls/ext at the beginning, I could not push out as many reps out on the right side, and on most of the one-legged exercises, I've found that my balance is worse in my right foot!

This shoulder problem that forced me to readjust my routine may just have its benefits!

I guess my point (if any) is that I recommend an occassional 'balance check' of sorts for everyone. You may just be surprised!

p.s. I know this isn't news to some of you vets of lifting, but it might help younger guys like me!

This is wierd, but as a right handed person, my right arm is better than my left at everything other than one armed rows. At first I thought I was cheating or something with my left, but I am not.
