I've really been working on my flexibility issues and my squat depth is one of those. It's VERY disheartening... I feel like I'm starting all over again! My left knee sounds like a bowl of Rice Crispies (snap, crakle, pop) when I go real low but then it warms up (or something) and stops.
I do feel like I made progress on my overhead squat form by just using a bar today. I was able to keep the bar over my center of gravity better and didn't have to basically hold it in place to keep it from falling forward.
Oh, well, fitness was never a destination... it's a
journey!
