To which JP, if you have a good sense of what's to be and when, we'd all appreciate it sooner than later.
Airfares/ hotels give deals with advance purchases
Thanks buddy

I'm pretty close to settling on the last weekend of May. I have two out of three speakers planned, and I just have to confirm that date with them.
I'm planning on officially announcing two weeks from tomorrow!

Thank you, JP! This helps me a lot. I can start planning on dates now.

Just this morning, I had a meeting at work and found out that there is very little chance they will let anybody in my team time off in May.
Unless I change jobs, it looks like 08 will be a non event for me

I'm thinking road trip. Charlotte to Little Rock. One-day drive. Too far for the Harley, though, unless I find crash space in Nashville.

last week end in May is a little ambiguous, the last full week end is at one time, and the weekend overlapping June is another. I think you are talking about the overlapping weekend.

That is the weekend I'm talking about. The one overlapping June.
