How about a comparative seminar where we all compare form. Might need to experiment with different elbow angles, etc. to get everything right, you know -- slight anatomical variations and all. Then practice with multiple repetitions...

I chose Little Rock for selfish reasons since I could drive there and save plane fare. Would fewer presenters necessarily mean lower registration fees? I, too, would love some training on the oly lifts.

No Bill, you haven't thought it through. There aren't enough squat racks for us ALL to use.

Squat rack? Who said anything about a squat rack?

Maybe YOU need a squat rack to handle 12 oz, Matthew... :p Or maybe someone needs to figure out metric conversion.

Mind you, by the end of the evening, we'll all probably need to hold onto a squat rack for steadiness...

I like a fairly full schedule during the day time, could start an hour later in the morning, maybe finish about 4pm

My vote is of course for Little Rock. Traveling is difficult for me, and LR is close enough that my driver can escort me there and back.

Then again, hopefully, I'll be able to drive by myself by then.

Well... No one but Ninja any chance he can get. King Lou spared him this last time.

And you haven't forgot your Clubhouse invitation now, have you? Drinks on the boat? Right? Hmmm?
