This is totally off topic but I found this article from your website very interesting:
The Cholesterol Myths
In your training, do you advise people this way?
Regarding your picture, you said:
"I hate that pic"
Not to embarrass you but looks to me like there is no such thing as a bad picture of you! I think it looks just fine.

Q, we advice people to stick to a way of eating that is as close to what their great-great-grandmothers ate. Bulgaria is a land of plenty of organic natural foods and it's not hard. There is a prevalent cholesterol scare here, me and Milko are about the only people in the industry who accept that cholesterol in food has little to do with blood lipids in healthy individuals. We have links on there that Milko chose, I never specifically selected them for any reason other than what he found interesting.

This is funny.
He says he is tragic at explosive movements. He can't even do muscle-ups anymore, because he doesn't train for explosiveness and does only slow tempo. His pull ups are slow and loaded. This is the first day he has ever tried a clap pull up. Gifted guy IMO.

Milko,
Great work! Do you know of my friend Jordan Jovtchev? He's a gymnast from Bulgaria. I've shot some training videos with him for the rings.
I like Uffe Ravnskov's book, the Cholesterol Myths. It's a pretty eye-opening, objective account of the research done on the role of cholesterol in heart disease.
Where is your website? I would love to take a look.
Thanks,
Tyler Hass

Hey Tyler, sorry I am writing on Milko's behalf, but he is training someone at the moment.
Jordan is very famous in Bulgaria, almost a national hero. Milko was just joking Jordan could probably do 100+ of those clap ups with his eyes shut, he is truly an amazing athlete. We do not know him personally, because we are not in the gymnastic sphere at all.
Our website is in Bulgarian and it reflects our work as trainers and the things we like and believe in. The English version is very basic and poor, because I have been busy and not translating the new stuff. Milko is behind with the design of the english version as well, so check out the original, it's pretty easy to navigate, though in Cyrillic.

It is cool that you've worked with Jovchev, great people always connect on some level. I was looking at rings on your webside and wondering if it's time to get some. Our ceiling is not very high (probably 9 ft), what do you think?

Milko, very impressive! Galya, the winter pic of you looks like the same poses as the other one - or does Milko always look like that with his arms crossed? One of my students this last semester was from Bulgaria, and we kept talking about lifting, especially Oly lifts. He didn't seem to know much about diet though.... but complained the 'American lifestyle and food' was making him fat.
Tyler, as one of the many here who have pre-ordered their new Elite rings, can you give us an approximate ETA for shipping? Thanks.

Kaiser, Milko makes this funny pose when I take pics of him, the pic was taken in our studio and we added the background. I am sure your student found the food different, I am very careful to eat organic and fresh stuff when I stay in the US. What was he a student of yours in?

Galya, it was marketing management, a senior level undergraduate business course. He bemoaned his getting fat here, but you could tell the guy did some heavy lifting in the past because he was still 'thick'.
Tell Milko, in the last pic he looks like a guy who was popular here in Chicago:

Q, that's sweet. I wanted to be the first guy here to do a muscle up (I don't have any access to rings anywhere right now), but then that damn Hard Rox stole my thunder.

Since this thread started with a XFit video, I thought I post this here. Also, since it was actually Tyler's find and I know some people get tired of flooding the Training Discussion with XFit stuff (hey, don't blame me... I asked JP long ago for a CrossFit area ), I'll just post Tyler's thread:

Q, I think we did a good job at hijacking this thread in at least three directions. Good for us, huh?

Oh God...I love Adam. He is the funniest guy ever.
Out of all people in the fitness world he looks the most like his favorite guru Pavel Tsatsouline. In some shots the resemblance is stunning. I find Tsatsouline hotter, but then Milko is my business and workout partner so I don't think of him in terms of hotness. My husband knows best.
