Default Is it just me, or is the Homegrown Muscle article mostly down?

http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...10cfe793cd____

Only the first page of each phase works for me. This could present a problem, as I believe that it will be difficult for me to follow an exercise program I can't read. Anyone know if this is just temporary?

And does anyone know where I can get a simple back extension machine (as shown in the HGM video)? I did a search for "back extension" at FitnessFactory, but I don't think any of the results (there aren't many) are what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm using the wrong term to search with...

here's a back extension. You probably don't need it if you don't want to spend the $, I'm sure there are excersises you can replace it with.

I'm not having trouble bringing up any of the pages. What happens when you try the print version? That should bring up the entire phase on one page.

Thanks, Occam (I totally read your name as "Ocean" at first... maybe it's a bad idea to read these forums the moment I wake up). That works.

$250 is actually pretty cheap, Android. If there's an alternative workout that's equally effective, though, I'd be glad to look into it.

DC,
I have all the workouts in print version and all the logs if you need them.

Doc, Good Mornings and RDLs will both provide a lot of what a back extension would. Plus, you could work some Supermans (Supermen?) into the routine to round things out.
