wrist problem
Some years ago I slipped on something and fell backward, catching myself with my hands. Since then I have had minor pain in one wrist when it was bent back especially if carrying a lot of weight. It is becoming a problem with the bench press and incline bench press.
I try to balance the bar over my wrist. This helps, but as I increase weight, I think it may become a bigger problem. What exercises do you suggest to strengthen the wrist?
