I have 7 of his (e)books, but I\'ve only completely read three: Enter The Kettlebell, Power to the People, and Naked Warrior.

I think It\'s true that he could have combined all that into one book. The books were good, but use hundreds of pages to get maybe 50 pages of content across, lots of fluff - very easy reads though.

After reading one of his books, I felt I had learned as much as I would have from reading a short article, although this may be because I was allready aware of most of the techniques he describes.

Decent stuff, but put is this way - I wouldn\'t have paid for any of it.

One arm jerks with a 200lb KB would be worthy of a strongman comp:

Took part in a Mike Mahler hands on workshop a few years back. From then on, have been sold on kettlebells.

We have two sets - a 30-something lb. pair and a 50-something lb. pair.
The 30-something pair was a Christmas gift from my SO, btw. One of the best gifts evuh.

IMO, if you were building a home gym, a simple pair of kettlebells would go a long way. At my home, I can do quite a bit with kettlebells, jump rope and a heavy bag. And never get bored.

I have 25 lb and 35 lb kbs. I am working on swings and am trying to figure what to combine with them, possibly box squats, since a turkish getup with one leg is not really feasible. Enjoy the kettlebells!
