I agree with you, in principal. I always decide what to eat based on how satisfying and nutritionally valuable it is, I have to disagree on the value of the yolk.
A typical yolk is 4.5g of fat, of which only 1.6g is saturated fat (36%). 2g is monounsaturated (44%). .7g is polyunsaturated (16%). Given that most health minded men don't get enough saturated fat these days, this is a pretty good choice of fats.
IMO, of course.
And, he does want to be bigger, too.

And, don't be pissed at her. Be pissed at the media and the govt., both of which are quick to tell you what's bad for you, but slow to take it back.
Margarine is bad, too. So is shortening. Butter and lard are better choices, ironically. But, no one tells you that, huh?
