Default Art of Waterbury workout

I am just finishing up with the Waterbury method and about to start the Art of Waterbury. I have a couple of questions regarding how to perform certain workouts. They are external rotations, and side bends. Also, does anyone know of any websites where you can view workouts.

You might find them here.

In his online article Chad doesn't specify any particular side bend or external rotation that he wants you to do. He leaves it up to you to choose a variation that's suitable for you.

In Shouldering the Load, Mike Robertson describes a whole bunch of external rotation variations. You can pick one that will work best for you.

This article shows a Saxon side bend, one my favorite side bend variations.

By "workouts" do you mean videos of specific exercises?

To look at exercise descriptions and videos, the first places I'll check are the Pacific Tigers and the Holy Cross exercise videos. You have to search to find videos with good technique. A site with a great squat video might have a terrible deadlift video. You just have to know what to look for (or ask).

That new Squat Rx video series is excellent.

If I haven't found the video I want, I'll check Dos Remedios' Performance Workout Exercise Demonstrations (especially for agility drills, plyos, and unconventional movements) or

Craig Ballantyne's YouTube videos (especially for some of the bodyweight movements). I've never seen Craig do an exercise with technique I didn't like.

The Precision Nutrition forum now has a very good and very extensive Exercise Video library. (I know you have to register to use that forum. Do you have to be a full member to see those videos? I'm a member so it's hard to tell if you can see them without membership.)

If I still haven't found what I want, I have a whole bunch more sites I can check. If you want those too, let me know.

I think ExRx (the site OldGuy linked) falls into the search-it-later category. I find as many terrible videos there as I do good ones. It all depends on what you're looking for. I like many of their static stretching descriptions and the kinesiology info there.

Nope. You don't have to be a full member to see the videos.
