Default New Goal / New Routine

OK. Those of you who know me know I am lean and enjoy being so. I have maintained a weight of around 180 and 10% Bf for the past 5 years.
Thanks to some friendly competition over at MH I am going to officially bulk. But when I am done I want to be no more than 12% Bf and over 190. The true goal is 195, I will settle for 190.
So, guide me. I know all about food intake and calories and how to eat. I hope I can do it after so many years of maintaining. But how would you workout? Should I go towards NROL Hyper routines or can you make another suggestion? Would you lessen the lifting days to allow more recovery or increase them to allow more lifting? Or just stick to 3 days a week?
In a nutshell, if you wanted to gain 15 lbs in 6 months and keep as lean as possible, how would YOU do it?

Thanks

I would just keep doing what I am doing (strength routines), but add a lot of calories.

Good luck. I'll bet you can do that.

Have a read of this. The Truth About Bulking

CT talks about how much meat you can put on your bones in a give amount of time. Avoid the extra fat that goes with trying to bulk too fast.

Thanks for the link. I think my most basic plan is to double up one thing at each meal. Double the oatmeal in the morning, double up a veggie at dinner and lunch and double up an item at each in between meal snack.

Aside from the the eating what is your favorite routine for adding size? I may just stick with my current push pull split and add in some higher rep days or I may follow an HST style routine. Any other suggestions?

The RE day and heavy lifting adds some good size... You might want to add another day if your not going to be doing any running or sports

I probably think that you might not like to spend money on a routine but I really liked Jay Ferrugia's http://www.musclegainingsecrets.com

Try Craig Ballyntine's "Barely Legal".

And eat.

NROL's S1 helped me put a lot of meat on my legs.

The problem with just recommending programs is that what will work best for you is dependent on what you've been doing up until now.
For example, the reason S1 packed a lot of size on my legs is the high rep unilateral work, IMO. Before that I wasn't doing any high rep stuff, and I wasn't eating to gain weight. If you've been doing high rep stuff a lot recently then it might not have the same effect for you once you start eating more.

I think the key is just to do something different than what you've been doing. Shock your body into growing at the same time you're starting to give it the fuel it needs to grow.
