Strengthening your core should happen by doing your core lifts, like DLs, front squats, rotational work. Don't see the need for an additional "ab" day. We ALL have abs, if only we were all lean enough to see them.

O ok, sorry to keep asking questions but what would be a great meal plan or any site that would give me the best opertunity to see a six pack or even and eight pack??? One other thing I would like to add is I am a runner(usually run 6 days a week with milelage running from 8-12 miles and one long run ) and I am on the NROL Breaking in part right now. Plus I like to eat clean diet. I just find it hard to eat clean and get the nutrtion that I need?! I am just so confused on this subject??

If you want to change your body, you'd do well to educate yourself on how to eat properly... for EVERY plan. Not just an "8 weeks to great abs!" BS article. Here are some good places to start:

Unless you’re a genetic freak it takes a lot work to see ab’s, and running 8-12 miles six days a week may not be the trick. It took me two years to learn that 90% of your body composition comes from 10% of what you do, and 90% of what you eat. I’m not saying to give-up running or anything you enjoy doing, I’m saying that you may need to gain strength in your diet, not your workout. Unfortunately things get even more complicated, sometimes eating completely clean won’t get you there, it also matters when you are eating certain foods. I learned a lot from Dr. John Berardi’s Precision Nutrition, you should take a look at it, this should help you. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/
