Default REP RANGES?

If you are trying to maintain size...what rep range do you use? Sets?

If you are trying to get bigger...what rep range do you use? Sets?

If you are trying to lose some fat along with diet, cardio and wgt. training...what rep range do you use? Sets?

Thanks!
