Default Beginnerr TT Workout Question

I have a quick question that may be answered in the audio files that come with this, but I haven't had time to listen yet.

On the beginning weight lifting work out, the workouts say 2x10 or 2x6, etc. But it shows 3 sets in the columns.

Is it 2 sets or 3 sets for each exercise?
