Default Posting a pic?

Hey,

I,ve just started working out again and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of bodyfat % if I post a pic. How do you post a pic?

Currently weigh 75 kg that is 165 pounds

Eating 2300 cals to cut....

40% protein and i try to split the carbs and healthy fats

Doing Turbelence training

Pull ups squats
Bench Deads
hanging leg raises and reverse crunch
dips bicep curls

will try to post a pic for feedback...

Sorry also doing hill sprints after TT

and on 2 other days a week..

Welcome to the board, Aaron, and good luck with your cut. Many folks here have had success using the TT program combined with an appropriate cutting diet.

With respect to posting a pic, just click on the "insert image" icon at the top of the dialog box (the icon looks like a small yellow box with a mountain range on it). That will ask you to insert the URL of the photo. You need to use a photo-sharing service like photobucket however to upload the photo. You can't do it directly from your comp.
