Default Is TT for me?

I had requested some suggestions for new workouts in another section of the forums.

TT was suggested several times, so I started to consider it.

I'm wondering if TT is right for me? I am 6'0", 152 lbs and trying to gain muscle while keeping the fat down. I'm around 10% body fat.

Is TT a good program for me? Would I have a hard time gaining weight on this program?

I haven't seen any of the workouts, so I wanted to try and find out a little before I buy the package.

Oh one last thing. If I do end up order the basic or deluxe edition, will I get an actual book or is it all ebooks?

I'm currently doing TT for Mass. Like all of Craig's products it's well designed and when combined with his dietary recommendations will give you the results you want. However, no one can eat right or workout for you.

Will I get an actual hardcopy of the book or is it all electronic?

Electronic, though you can print it out.

One last question.

Sorry I keep asking questions.

I want to make sure I have the TT for Mass.

If I buy the basic edition of TT for 39.95, do I get that as a bonus?

Or do I have to buy it separately? I see I can buy it separately for 25.00 so that makes me wonder if I will get it with the basic edition.

I see it as part of the $39.95 deal. E mail Craig to be sure. He usually responds very quickly.

Well I decided to go ahead and buy it. I need something new to keep my interests. I've read some of it. Looks good. Thanks for all the help.
