Default getting back on track...

Life was a bitch the past month or so. I got into a traffic accident. However, we finished the whole car issue and then we hit some financial problems. However, it's all good now and I renewed my gym membership and got my foods and fish oil and weight gainer (It's the best thing I could find to use as a peri-workout shake). However, I've got 2 plans for my weight training...I was contemplating which might be better. So I said why not ask the guys who actually know :p. I was thinking to put all the books with workout programs to use. Here they are:

1) Scrawny to Brawny. Michael Mejia. (I'm going to start from phase II rather than start from the first phase).

2) Book of Muscle. Ian King.

3) The New Rules of Lifting. Alwyn Cosgrove.

4) Total Body Plan. Adam Campbell and Bill Hartman.

5) Muscle Logic. Charles Staley.

After that I've got a few programs from thibaudeau that were posted in his e-books and Chad's online programs.

The second plan is start with Rippetoe's program in either Starting Strength or Practical Programming and continue with what's written in the book.

As for nutrition, since my goals are to get big (muscle not fat) and strong, I'm going to use the nutrition part from Scrawny to Brawny and Precision Nutrition. What do you guys think?

Looks like you have some solid routines lined up. Is that the order you are going to do them in? Anyhow, you can't go wrong with that list! Start with any of those and you'll likely progress.

Most likely, yeah! That's the order I'm going to do them in. The one reason I'm more inclined to the "list" is that it's proffesionally designed and it's got me covered for about 3 years (maybe more) and it takes care of the boredom thing.

Planning routines 3years down the track is definately planning ahead. Whatever you do, lift hard and eat hard and you'll be on your way.
