Default Can I do TT without a gym or weights ?

I purchased a set of heavy duty resistance bands because my apt has no space for a full set of weights/dumbbells and the ones I wanted (Selecttech) were too expensive. I also have a DoorGym for pullups etc. I would love to join a gym and have access to equipment to do squats etc but thats not an option.

From what I've read, TT has a lot of bodyweight that will work well, I'm just not sure what I have will be enough for the whole program.

(sorry if this has been covered before)

Yes. I think you'll find Craig's bodyweight programs easy to do at home and most of his other programs can be easily modified to do with the equipment you have available.

I'm doing Turbulence training myself right now, Its excellent!

Depending on the workout you can do it with bodyweight only.

The following help.

Balance ball - costs run from $9-16 depending where you buy.
Dumbbells are used in some of the workouts but you can workout with resistance bands instead.

Walmart generally carries two different 100 lb weight sets.
One is $33 and comes with 100lb and a barbell. - you can buy 2 dumbbells bars for an extra $13 and have a set of 2 with up to 50lbs each.
Or for $50ish you can get a 100lb set that includes barbell and 2 dumbbells.

The $50 set comes in a plastic storage case that has wheels on one end. It is very flat and might well slide under your couch or bed when not in use.

That said so far all of the Turbulence Training workouts I've done with dumbbells could certainly be done with heavy resistance bands instead, no problem at all.

Good luck with your training,

Marvin
