Results from my first year of lifting.
I'm just putting this here as I like the idea of public updates now and then to keep me honest/motivated. I've been lifting for a year, mostly doing upper-lower splits, with some total body thrown in.
Weight:135-180ish
Waist-30-33.5
Deadlift-185-335
Squat-135-255(1x35x10-200x10)
Bench Press-135-185
I think I'm gonna get up to 190 and cut a bit...I want to be a lean 180ish by next summer.
Thanks to everyone that has given me advice.

I'm 17 and still growing, so 45 lbs isnt that bad. Judging from the mirror, a good portion of it was muscle.

Good job, PA! I know when I first started lifting and eating right, I put on about 50lbs my first year too. I just wish it was at 17 like you, not 26...

I'm with you steve-o. Wish I knew what I know now when I was 17. But I guess it's never too late

It's good to be on the right side of the testosterone curve. Congratulations, that's great work.

I'm gonna try this next. Looks like a fun program to do, and I havent done anything like it so I will probably get some nice gains.

Nice job PA. I just checked on the last couple of pages of your log and I didn't see any running. Have you pulled it to focus on gaining mass.
