@ 81.10kg BW
Squat: 205kg
Bench: 120kg
Deadlift: 215kg

Goal: 213.5kg/143.5kg/241kg total 598kg @ 82.5kg in a 2008 PL meet!

Superb results. When I was 17 I spent most of my time drinking and getting high.

I love that you put on 10 lb but your waist measurement didn't change! Excellent strength gains too. Great work Josh!

When I update this thread in the summer, I'll be sitting at 205 and squatting 405.
