i work out in a gym on my arms and they got alot stronger, but not that much bigger, can any one recommand something for home, i have 12lbs weights ay home and i want to work on size only on my arms, like do excericies tat would just get them bigger not stronger, any one has any advice? (biceps, triceps, and shoulders)

1. 12 lbs of weight will not make your arms bigger....period.
2. Focusing on just your arms is not a good way to train. By working large muscles, you release GH. By working smaller muscles, you waste time. Move to large compound movements like squats, barbell rows, dips, pull-ups and deadlifts and your arms will get bigger.
What Reps and sets are you doing now? How is your diet. Bulk and Mass are gained by eating a lot and eating clean. Please post more data about yourself and what you have been doing in the gym. Whatever you do, don't focus on the arms, focus on what's connected to your arms as they move the large weights which makes your arms grow.

Okay, I went back and looked at some of your posts. Here is my conclusion and suggestion.
1. You will not look like Brad Pitt anytime soon.
2. You need to Bulk up and eat right. I can tell you do not do this now based on your body pictures.
Brad has good mass and very low BF%. You have fairly low BF%, but no mass under it. I assume you are into this for nothing but the looks based on your comments. Well, I got news for ya. Chicks like a cut guy with nice muscles, not a skinny kid with no tan. Build the machine, then fine tune it....
ok...fender...ur really starting to sound like me a year ago...i wanted to increase the size in a different body part everyweek....just do a full body workout and make sure its a good one....if your body is not yet at a point where it will start to grow, then nothing will make it. But once it starts, if you have been lifting steadily, you will notice increases that are well deserved...i am now starting to notice increases in size....

Dougie is cool but not doogie. Doug E.D. makes me think of the cartoon "Doug." Dougino makes me think of pizza and sword swallowing, so it is obviously a superior choice.
