I found one old post on the subject from January, but I was wondering if anyone uses Zhealth or has found it helpful? I read up on it a bit on their website, but $85 is a lot of money to spend on a product. Anyone here purchase it? Thanks.
I would suggest you picking up one of their DVD's, I believe I-phase is the first one. I know Eric just had a Z seminar at Excel and I have a few of their products. What I can say is that it's another method and way to look at functional movement. It's not the be all end all but another excellent tool.
