Hello,
I am about to start the ABBH program after just finishing BBB, my only problem is I don't have access to a dipping station so need something to replace that exercise with. Am I right in thinking that the dips he means are the chest version so dips off a bench won't be any good?
Any advice on which exercise would be best to swap for dips? Just incase anyone doesn't know it I have posted the routine below.
Day 1 (80% of 1RM)
Flat BB Bench Presses
BB Rows
Day 3 (60% of 1RM)
BB Front Squats
Hanging Pikes
Standing Calf Raises
Day 5 (60% of 1RM)
Dips
Chin-Ups
Day 7 (80% of 1RM)
Deadlifts
Seated Calf Raises
Decline Sit-Ups

Thanks for the reply, I'll do that then. Could I just confirm that the chin-ups on day 5 are underhand grip rather than the overhand grip that targets your back more?

Cheers,

yeah, they are underhand grip. Don't worry, your back will get hit plenty.

Chad has said to replace it with decline bench with palms facing in
