Default olfits foot placement

how to determine foot width when performing olifts?

in general foot position should be similar to the foot position you have when performing a vertical leap. Of course foot position gets wider as you jump under the weight.

another tip my Olfiting coach David Pursley (member of Olifting Hall of fame as a coach and athlete) gave me to determine beginning foot position was to step off a box and where my feet naturally landed would be the foot position used in the beginning of the olift

thanks

This is what coach Dos taught us at the summit! I have been implementing this with clients and it works great!
