Default Question about supersets and warm up.

hey guys

Me and my friend are regular gym goers and we usually go together. We were wondering with the warm ups, does it matter in which order you do the warm up routines,we were wondering this as since we go together we obviously cant be doin the same thing cuz of the lack of equipment. That also applies to the supersets can one of us do for example 1 a while the other is doin 1b and then switch or is it necessary to do it in order?

I would be concerned with the order of the supersets...not necessarily the order within the supersets...does that make sense? In other words, do the supersets in order, but feel free to switch up the order of exercises within the superset.
