It's all relative, I suppose. The choice between honey and table sugar and honey wins, since it contains micronutrients that most sugar doesn't. They obviously both contain some, but honey isn't purified as much.
People say that honey spikes your blood sugar less than table sugar, too.
That being said, honey, sugars, and juices are relatively poor sources of nutrition. They are mostly empty calories. There are exceptions, of course, but you get so much more out of the whole fruit or vegetable.
Try to avoid all added sweeteners.
I'm a strong proponent of artificial sweeteners, just pick your poison, and use them. Slowly reduce the amounts you use until you can enjoy the natural flavors of foods, without the need for added sweeteners.
I'm always going to add Splenda to my oatmeal, though.
